Through a desire to create beautifully crafted interiors Andrew Laughland founded the company in 1995. When Russell Jones joined in 2007, the company was well established and the prospect of an exciting partnership was born.
The impressive team at Laughland Jones includes outstanding architectural interior designers and fantastic purchasing professionals who create and source bespoke designs for a discerning clientele.
Creating interiors in properties across Britain and the Alpine regions of France and Switzerland, Laughland Jones has established itself as a unique company with an excellent reputation and a loyal following.

Logistics and Operations Manager
With 16 years experience in the furniture design industry, Rob has gained many skills in project management, logistics, warehousing and furniture installation. Rob is a keen golfer and plays for his club in Limpsfield Chart. He enjoys days out with his family, the theatre, karaoke, poker and DIY.
Russell heads up the design team, with an architectural interior design degree and 10 years of experience. He enjoys kite surfing, rock climbing and skiing. Russell is married to Kirsten and has two dogs, Beau & Sonny.
A keen backpacker, Mike spends many weekends hiking and climbing the mountains and hills of Cumbria, Wales and Scotland. Mike loves travelling, gardening and lives with his partner Carol.

Ceri graduated with a degree in Interior and Architectural Design in 2013 from Staffordshire University. She previously worked for 13 years at an Architectural practice. Ceri thrives on being creative and is an avid traveller and shoe collector.
Business Development & Marketing Manager
Rachel graduated from Reading University with a degree in English Literature and has since launched herself into the marketing world. An avid bookworm and aspiring baker, she often attempts ambitious cakes... with varying success.
Purchasing & Logistics
Sarah graduated from Rochester University with a degree in Applied Arts. A qualified silversmith, she’s a country girl at heart. She loves walking her labradors, Isla & Bree, and is currently renovating her home in the Kent countryside.
Financial Director ACMA, CGMA
Matt is a qualified accountant with over ten years experience. In his free time he watches West Ham and has a season ticket at the new Olympic Stadium. He also enjoys travelling and going to the theatre with his fiancée, Anna.
Andrew founded the company 20 years ago has worked within the interior architectural and design industry for 30 years. He takes an active role in all aspects of the company, encouraging the unique progress of each project . He created www.designforum.co.uk 15 years ago, which operates as a separate company, and supplies the interior design industry with furnishing textiles. His interests include skiing, sailing, golf and expedition trekking. He is an avid collector of eclectic decorative objects from the more remote parts of the world. Andrew lives in Kent, with his wife Martine and sons Max and Oli.
Lucy graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2010 with a degree in Furniture Product Design, and has since had 6 years in the construction and architecture industry. Having completed a 2 year renovation project on a cottage in Hollingbourne, Lucy is now looking for her next property adventure!
Martine previously worked as a sports TV producer and skiied for the England bump/moguls team. Married to Andrew, she advises the business on general strategy, taking her 2 sons ski race training for the winter season flitting between Pila in Italy and Tignes in France, leaving Andrew flailing behind.
Ben Prince works in collaboration with Laughland Jones to provide architectural support to the team. He has 12 years working in a renowned architectural practice carrying RIBA chartered architect qualification. Mad for a bit of hair raising downhill cycling.
Having previously worked for an interior architecture practice, Lauren has 4 years in the industry. She loves travelling, having visited Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and India.
Now is an exciting time to join Laughland Jones as our team is expanding.
